A personal project.
During the height of the Habagat of 2012, I realized that a lot of people were asking for phone numbers of certain departments and rescue centers. Wanting to help others in my own little way, I decided to compile all the numbers I could get my hands on, composed the list and posted it as an image on my Facebook page.
The post went 'viral'.
Hopefully it helped people.
